Been many times and most times a good experience. Walked in today and an employee (logan i believe as his name) is throwing ice against the wall. I thought he would stop since a customer walked in but he just kept throwing.. mind u he is getting the ice from the same supposedly sanitary place they keep the ice for smoothies..i literally had to stop my order a few times and recollect my thoughts each time a cube hit the wall..he finally stopped when i informed the young lady taking my order that this was bothering me.. then they didn't use gloves..although the young lady puts a pair on as I leave so I know they have them.. they couldn't get the lid open on the greek yogurt (I purchased a stra...
absolutely horrible smoothie king. i’ve been here twice. the first time was after my shift and i had placed a pickup order since i had a class to get to in about 30-45 minutes. i get there and my order isn’t even there and a random lady comes out of the back after i stood around for five minutes. she then has no clue i placed an online order and fidgets with the register for about…hmm i’d say 20 minutes and then finally makes my smoothie. my second time and last time, is the fact i yet again placed an order for pickup, i show up and you guys are closed. thanks, i now wasted money on a smoothie i’ll never receive. i even called and it said the mailbox was full. terrible service, clearly poor...
I went in to order smoothies for my wife and myself, but the experience was less than pleasant. While I was trying to place my order, two girls in the back were loudly discussing unrelated topics. The guy taking my order politely asked them to quiet down while there were customers present and even apologized for the distraction. Unfortunately, they continued their chatter and even started mocking him for having customers around, turning it into a little song. This made the atmosphere quite uncomfortable as I waited for my smoothies. It would have been nice if they had offered to help the guy instead of focusing on their gossip. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
My son tried to get a smoothie and they said their system was down and told him to order on the app which he did and they said that their printer wasn't working so he would be refunded the next day in the morning. Of course that didn't happen and we went back to the store to get the smoothie he paid for and the employee wasn't able to refund him or give him the smoothie he paid for because the manager wasn't there. I had a terrible experience with customer service at this restaurant. I visited the store and a young employee told me to come back later because he was busy with online orders. When I returned, he was very rude and claimed he was working alone, even though there were two other associates standing behind the counter. This was extremely unprofessional. Overall, my visit on April 28 was marked by poor service, and I would never recommend this location.
First time customer. I didn't much care for the smoothie I got, but that's on me. Should have looked at the ingredients instead of choosing by name. I know I don't like chocolate in smoothies, I just didn't expect the Keto Berry to have cocoa added. Service was friendly, seating was comfortable, and customers were greeted kindly. Can't complain!
This place doesn't deserve any stars. It's constantly understaffed, and it takes over an hour just to get a couple of smoothies. I do not recommend coming here if you're looking to be in and out quickly. Their smoothies are also packed with way too much sugar.

There was only one person working on a Saturday morning. So, you can only imagine the wait time. Beyond that it is just a regular franchised smoothie king. They did get rid of $5 Friday's so that's a bummer
