3 years ago I gave this place a 5 star rating. But covid has done a number on this place, severely understaffed, constantly over worked employees who probably aren't paid enough. The last time i went there my smoothie was half made. Medium chocolate peanut power plus, no peanut butter or chocolate. I went back to ask if i could get it rectified, and they closed at 2 that day due to short staffing. So today I went after work, and they were closed the whole day due to short staffing. This place is awful now. Edit 3/27/2022 Submitted a complaint ticket a week ago and nobody has responded (said 24 to 48 hour response window). Attempted yet again to go in and rectify this and the store was locked...
I went to Smoothie King yesterday and was the 2nd person in line. I saw 7 people received their smoothies which were customers that entered the store after me. I asked the two woman where was my smoothie ordered and they seem to have lost my ticket. It felt ignored since I was the only one waiting over 30mins for my order. I had a horrible waiting experience and shouldn?t have to keep asking the staff when I can they can make my smoothie order. I think I?ll look at other smoothie options so I won?t be ignored again.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I haven't had one order come to the window that was correct. Maybe due to high school kids in there or maybe due to lack of processing. I'm not sure. IM SURE THOSE kids are working hard so it must be due to theway orders get processed. OVERALL the drinks are nice. I have ordered 3 times from here and will continue to order whenever Ipass by this store.

I used to love this place but tonight I sat at the drive thru 10min to closing and nooone greeted me or said anything. I sat there for a few minutes then drove around to the window. They guy wouldn?t even come to the window to say they were closed . Hemouthing closed through the close window. I am big on customer service and that was just plain rude!
Simply not good. Got 2 medium shakes that tasted like frozen fruit, and the styrofoam cup it came in. The drive thru vendor was as apathetic as can be, giving us unpleasant looks that made us uncomfortable. Threw out a whole brand new shake it was sobad.
Many reviewers talk about health, but I don't see it that way. If you're looking for real fruits and vegetables, head over to Juice Pod. At Smoothie King, all you'll find are purees made from concentrate, protein powder, and added sugars.
Many people mention health in their reviews. Not so much... If you want actual fruits and vegetables, go to the Juice Pod All you will find at smoothie king are pureed from concentrate, protein powder and added sugar.... ????

Sometimes they are great, and the rest of the time the smoothies don?t taste the same. The taste kind of watery. We always order the same thing but they are not always consistent.
