Awful experience. I ordered lasagna, garlic bread, and a side salad. The lasagna was burnt and had a rubbery texture. The garlic bread was just a thin piece of oily bread, and the salad consisted of only a few leaves. My main dish was extremely hot, as if it had been microwaved and then blasted with a heat gun. I ended up complaining, refused to eat anything, and left. Service: Dine-in, Meal type: Lunch.
The staff and service were excellent. The food was just perfect. I was particularly impressed by 'Oralith '. She 'd just started started working there 2 weeks previous to my visit. She was so professional. I find all the staff warm and friendly. I feel like a regular after 3 visits. There 's also another waitress from ? Poland, unfortunately I can 't remember her name. She 's excellent too.
I was disappointed with the food today. Normally, the food is excellent, but there are a couple of things that weren't right. The goujons lacked any kind of flavour, and there was no dressing on the salad. I know it's not their usual standard, so I'll be back again. The staff and atmosphere are always top-notch. Tried this restaurant for the first time today and was really impressed. The homemade bread was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
