We went on a Thursday night, we are from Montreal and were more than happy to sit to wait out the traffic. We were glad there was a 5 à 7 and that it was ladies night. Our joy quickly turned as we saw the that some other people were getting there food ro service berore us even though we had been there a while (seated). My waiter forgot my wine for a while then remembered when i finally managed to make eye contact and smile at him. The food once it arrived was fresh and really good, but we waited upwards of an hour for it. not sure if it was the kitchen or the service, but the food was on the colder side of fresh. I would reccomend going here, but be ready to really wait for your fodd or ask...
When looking for a Japanese (or any asian) restaurant on the south shore for a reasonable price, it may be hard to find. Yes there is a lot of places in Brossard, but sometimes, I don't trust the owners... Sogen is a very clean place, the service is at par at all times (numerous visits) and the food is always good. The ambiance is very trendy, with a DJ (sometimes) and therefore it may be noisy. Yes, it might be pricey if you end up taking many plates, but any sushi place can be that pricey. The sushi pizza is very tasty. Will definitely return.
Si vous allez pour une bouchée à l'heure du midi, vous serez agréablement surpris. Il y a plusieurs choix et un verre de vin (75 ml) est inclus. Les prix sont très raisonnables et le service adéquat. Le resto est de facture moderne et vous avez une petite terrasse protégée par des parasols. Cependant vous aller dîner avec le bruit des voitures sur le boul. Taschereau. Mais le tout est quand même agréable.
bizarre pour un samedi en soirée, c'était assez tranquille (peu de monde) peut-être à cause du match de hockey?j'y suis aussi aller l'an passé, et nous étions sur la terrasse... mon fils de 12 ans a adoré le general tao et le reste de la famille a bien aimé.Il y a une terrasse.Vous ne pouvez apporter votre vin.Prix corrects. Our family just moved to the suburbs from the city and trying new restaurants was on our to do list. This one definitely stood out and we will most certainly be back soon ! The food was fresh, savoury, creative and beautiful plating. The service was exceptional too!
It is a very nice place for business lunches and dinners with friends. I went there a few times during day (business purposes) and nights with friends. The service is excellent and the food, wow, very good and always fresh. very nice ambiance also.
La place où il faut aller pour un souper de filles le jeudi soir car 25% de rabais sur la nourriture. Du coup le rapport qualité/prix monte en flèche. Les plats sont copieux.Terrasse sympa même si un peu au bord de la route.À refaire !

Nice decor, the food is good and prices are average for that type of restaurant. Size of the plates are very decent. Sushi and asian fusion plates were excellents
