The staff seem to be lovely people but the food was, at best, ordinary. A previous reviewer suggested that the mini spring rolls looked (and tasted) like they were from Woolies. And I think that's about right. The chicken satay sticks seemed to be processed chicken and the satay sauce was bland. We were given a wrong dish which, being takeaway, we only discovered after returning home and opening everything. To be fair they immediately said they would replace the dish when I called and had it waiting for me. They were happy to let me keep the dish we hadn't ordered.
We went to Thai Dlish as we have one of those discount books. We like to try all different places. Unfortunately we will not return here. For a "Thai" restaurant this is more Indian than Thai. The food is average, not unpleasant but certainly nothing to write home about. There was only one Front of House staff member working. Luckily for him there was us and a table of 4 other people. He was brand new and clearly nervous. He did a good job. They didn't have everything available on the menu. So our choices were unavailable. I wouldn't bother.
Have not been for a few years as the food was not great and the interior of the place was like a doctors surgery.What a great transformation.New name,nicely done interior without being over the top.Food is outstanding.Shared a scallop entree perfectly cooked in a tasty sauce,shame i had to share.For mains the chicken pad thai and sohe special fish curry were excellent.All BYO drink so savings all round.Not sure if you Trip advisor people can sort the name change to advise patrons.Will be back with friends.
I really don't understand how a "restaurant" can serve curries with sauces that all taste the same & without a hint of lime or lemon. Veg & meats were good. The only reason I have given it 2-stars is that the meals were edible & the meat tender. But seriously, I can knock up a better Thai Curry with a packet of curry paste from Coles. Not good enough for the price. Sorry, won't be back.

Bought a Scoopon for two courses for two people. Shared all the dishes. Started with vegetable samosas and Thai fish cakes. For mains we had tamarind and honey beef, and chicken in sweet basil. Came with plain rice. Many different flavours, fresh and plenty to fill us. Decor a bit tired. Needs a lick of paint, but doesn't detract from the good quality food.
Ordered takeaway. Dirty menu, mainly Indian dishes. Despite being empty still not ready 40 mins later. Results were soggy greasy entree, chicken green curry which resembled dirty dishwater in taste and appearance full of cauliflower!!Pad Thai greasy and prawns slimy, cold and tasteless. We binned everything. Totally Inedible.
Disappointing when a favourite eatery has changes & then the food goes down hill. Recently returned here after a lengthy break & was very disappointed. The devil potatoes were like a mash & the other dishes were full of sauce but hardly any meat. Just lost me for a customer. such a shame.
I have been here a couple of times recently.It is a local that has not disappointed us yet.The decor leaves a lot to be desired - lots of laminate and plastic.The service is ok as long is it doesn't get too busy.The food is always good and reasonably priced.Lots of parking out the front.

Time to update. Sohe' is now our go to Thai restaurant. The food is quite simply fantastic. Fresh & so very tasty. The staff are friendly and helpful and provide good service.
