We 've been dining at Sola since the first year they opened. This isn 't the largest of spaces, and the menu is limited in size, but maximized in QUALITY. They always have additional chef specials that not only will knock your socks off, but are truly 'special '. Not every restaurant has the balls to serve kidneys, sweetbreads, lamb hearts, pork skin pasta, rabbit, pork cheeks and other 'rustic ' fare. Owner Tigran knows his wines, just let him choose it. We can't recommend this place enough. The food, service and atmosphere are fantastic. The owners are so attentive and really care about giving their guest's a great experience. We have been here numerous times and feel it is an extension of our home. If you are in the St. Pete Beach area and are looking for a relaxed but serious foodie destination, look no further than Sola Wine and Bistro.
I had a wonderful dining experience with delicious food and an excellent wine recommendation from Julian. For dinner, I found the service to be outstanding. The meal cost around $50–100 per person. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars. I highly recommend trying the Grilled Vegetables, Bucatini Alla Carbonara, and the Charcuterie Board.
We ordered the Beef Carpaccio, Bucatini alla Carbonara, and filet. Everything was absolutely delicious and the flavors were spot on! It was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the European fusion cuisine with its delicious dishes. I visited for my birthday, specifically to treat myself to my favorite honeycomb. The waitress was friendly and attentive, and the chef even came out to have a lovely chat with us. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!
Love the flavors and homemade items here. The wine list is great as well not pretentious and overpriced, just solid with some unique choices. The owner is usually there and helps out. The dishes are all fresh and delicious.
Love coming here! Always a great time. This place has amazing food service and atmosphere. The live music was a great touch. Paul our server did great with recommendations and attention to detail. Will definitely be back.
