This restaurant may be small and lacking seating, but it serves delicious fish and chips. While only offering takeout during colder weather, there are picnic tables available across the street for enjoying your meal on a nice summer day. Don't miss out on their freshly made coleslaw and tartar sauce. If you're in Elora, be sure to try the "Elora Special" with fish cut into strips for easy eating while on the go. Give them a chance, you won't be disappointed!
Not the best of the food and not many varieties. No dining inside the place but there’s a place outside to have your food. Just before the area for seating, you find a place to buy burgers etc. and drinks which I believe is owned by the same owner. Also the quantity and quality of food was not up to the price paid. Not the best of the welcomes you get here in Canada. Anyways, it’s good all in all not the best though.
Having eaten fish ‘n’ chips in the UK for many years, Randy served us the best fish ‘n’ chips on this side of the pond fresh cod, thick cut chips, crispy brown just as we asked for and without the smell of overused fat well done and thank you Randy. Highly recommend this little takeaway just off the main road. We’ll be back.
Amazing British Style Fish Chips, we had Cod Chips, the batter was light and crispy, chips (fries) were fresh cut and crispy outside and soft inside, coleslaw was fresh and tasty.We also had the battered Shimp and battered mushrooms, both great !!!Highly recommend this place if you are in Elora !! Small and convenient place to have some good food. Especially the fish and chips and the sauce. There is a small area outside for dining.Vegetarian options: They have battered mushroom and onion rings as vegetarians.
Purchased some fish and chips this summer and was surprised that the chips and fish were over done. I'm used to proper fish and chips, so won't be going back. However, lovely person behind the counter.
Great fish and chips. Stopped by for lunch on the weekend. Great mom and pop kinda place. The haddock was meaty and flaky and the chips were excellent.Definitely worth the visit if you’re in the area!

perfectly decorated fish and chip spot, the man who served me was very nice and even gave me a little extra it was all very tasty and classic highly recommend
