On October 31, 2023, I visited this Sonic location and placed an order through the app. Unfortunately, it took 30 minutes for my food to arrive, and during that time, I could see our orders just sitting on the counter. Both of the double bacon cheeseburgers were incredibly soggy, leaking juice everywhere. Additionally, I ordered four ranch sauces but received two marinara sauces instead, and one of them was open and crusty. I pressed the button to request the ranch and waited another 15 minutes, only to receive two ranch packets after they acknowledged they had forgotten my original order. I'm most frustrated about the soggy burgers, especially considering how expensive they were. Way to go,...
I ordered a small Butterfinger Blast with extra Butterfinger, onion rings, and a burger. For some inexplicable reason, the onion rings tasted absolutely terrible, almost like they were spoiled – I was genuinely worried they might be contaminated. As for the Butterfinger Blast, it had virtually no Butterfinger in it, just like every other time. I specifically asked for extra Butterfinger on the side, and the server brought me about a tablespoon’s worth and tried to charge me five dollars for it. Overall, I would not recommend this place at all – I’d rather eat from a dumpster. Food rating: 1/10.
Every single time I go there the stall you go in has a broken screen that you can't order from, the ice cream AND slushy machines are apparently broken every single time and sometimes you go just to wait 30 plus minutes because you already paid, and if you use stall 4 and 10 they told me they don't recieve the order after you've pushed the red button so you're waiting for nothing. How in the world does the Pearl River La. location even stay open? If you are lucky enough to find a working order screen, you get the rudest employee on the other end who will not even let you complete your order before cutting you off.
