Every time I get my order there is something wrong. Either the way it was made, like the tots are never crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Or when I request no pickles they think it means extra pickles. They are supposed to answer the headset the big red button in 30 seconds or less but normally takes over a minute. Everybody in my Valley complains about Sonic and the food I usually order for me and my husband and it's always been really good but today I gave one star and I cannot believe how bad the food really was the French fries were soggy the onion rings for overcooked the hamburger was dry and burned around the edges in other words the meat was terrible they must have had a different cook tonight cuz it was terrible and the waste of money, this is the first time we experienced this.
Been to this sonic many times over the years since it opened. Just like any place it has its good days and then not so good days. But I will say when Robin worked there years ago was the best! Burgers are dry overcooked ame with tater tots. Love ve their sundaes tho. They're never busy never really have a rush hour so should be able to cook to order not ahead using warming drawers. Only fast food joint in Golden Valley.

Horrible the last couple of times!! My pickle burger only had half it's pickles!! Order took forever..ooops..our slush machine is down..in the middle of summer..for days!! And off and on for weeks!!! Gotta call ahead ????
