Man running drive-thru, possibly the manager, is unfriendly. I order ahead often and always ask for extra ice. Today, 11/9, was the 2nd time in a week that my drink barely had any ice. The bacon in the Jr burrito tasted bad as well. It was a waste of money. I used to love this location because the orders were accurate and staff friendly. Now it looks like I'll be going to the one on Commerce.
I only ordered sweet teas through the app. When I arrived, I checked in and waited to be seated. After about 10 minutes, I called out on the speaker and realized I had been overlooked. A few minutes later, we finally received our drinks. Isn’t the app supposed to make things faster? The tea was excellent, as always.
I will never order another shake or malt from there again. Despite my repeated requests for no whipped cream, they still added it. They insisted there was none, but I could clearly see the whipped cream on top. The manager explained that the ice cream itself contains whipped cream as an ingredient. Unbelievable!
I am very disappointed because my order was completely wrong. We didn’t receive what we wanted at all, and the staff member didn’t pay attention to our requests and was disrespectful. On a positive note, they do have a play area for kids with swings, which is nice. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
go back to your original pickles! the pickles you are using SUCK! also, try to be a little faster getting orders out! I seen my driver go to pick up my order only to have to wait! my food was cold and the fries were half cooked! y'all are going downhill fast!
I ordered a double cheeseburger but received a single instead. The All American dog was missing, and I didn't get any dipping sauce with my tenders. Additionally, my drink order was incorrect.
Update: I ate there once more and ordered a Frito Chili Pie. The picture below shows what I received. I think they should clarify that it’s essentially a burrito. The Fritos were crushed.

My bacon burger was served without any bacon. The sauced chicken was dry. However, the churro shake was excellent—definitely a 10 out of 10!
