I had a disappointing experience at this Sonic location in Cocoa. They messed up my order, and when I went back to resolve it, they told me they couldn't exchange my food without a receipt. However, I wasn't given a receipt despite being charged for a Bacon Double Cheeseburger with no onions or pickles. Instead, I received a cheeseburger with everything on it, cold, dried-out fries, and water instead of sweet tea. The manager I spoke to was extremely rude over the phone. This isn't the first time I’ve had issues here. The staff at this Sonic is very unprofessional, and I do not recommend eating there. They do not deserve our business.
I am not much for burger, but I had a taste for one tonight and I live near sonics and mcdonalds. and I did not eat mcdonald’s burger saw sonika it was. it was about the worst burger I ever had! the burger tastes like one of these burgers, who pick them out from a load in a plastic pack and put them in the microwave. it was absolutely terrible! nothing fresh. all wet and soggy. I'll never go there again. the only thing that is worth coming from there are the drinks shakes and I guess they call them Slurpee?s. so I gave him two stars
I deleted my five-star rating today after my recent visit to Sonic. I was really disappointed with the quality of the food. The chicken nuggets were as hard as glass—I was worried I might break a tooth on them! They were dry and mostly just breading, making them very difficult to chew. Additionally, the wait time just to place my order was excessive. I wasn't offered any dipping sauces unless I specifically asked for them, so if I hadn’t, I wouldn’t have gotten any. I guess Sundays aren't a great day for Sonic.
Wow, I just went through the drive-thru, and I only ordered one item. I was the third car in line to pay and receive my order, but it still took about 15 minutes to get to the drive-thru window. I hadn't visited Sonic in a while, and after this experience, it will be even longer before I return. The burger was just okay, but it didn’t suit my taste. Sonic really needs to step up their game. I've always loved sonic, but I've never had their breakfast. It's not good.....at all. The iced coffee is just milk with a tiny hint of coffee. The breakfast sandwich was gross!! I fed it to my dogs. They liked the way cups though. The best thing I got ismy usual cranberry limeade which is delicious.
You know Sonic? The place where you can take your time to order from your own personal booth? Well, I was informed that I had to use the drive-thru, their drink machine was out of order, and they could only offer me Coke from a two-liter bottle.
The burger was okay, but I stopped going there about 4 to 5 years ago after I bought a burger that didn't seem to be made with ground beef. I was unsure what it was at the time, and I had originally purchased it for my husband.
They need to hire more people to work here, how do you have one person working on the weekend? This place will never have good tasting food because the worker has to rush making everyone?s order. Good luck to this place Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Overall, I really enjoyed my meal. The only downside was the wait, which was about 10-15 minutes. If you're in a hurry, I wouldn't recommend this place.
