The last couple of times there's been problems ordering or getting a sonic blast. This time they let me order and then had me sit in front of the building for like 10 minutes, stating they have call in orders? I would suggest people who order at the location are first priority, not someone who's not even at the store yet. Once the phone order arrives at the store, then they can be on the 1st priority list! I order my food online pulled up to the stall followed directions was told the food was on the way waited 10,15,20,30,40 mins then nothing.. hit the red button told them what was up… no reply… nothing they just cut their mic off… usually patient… worked fast food from 16—25.. I understand things happen but boy this was sky one of them things to happen
I went to Sonic yesterday on Broad st. And the young lady at the Drive-through Summer was so polite, Excellent customer service, the Best I have experienced in a long time.Thank you again Summer it doesn't cost anything to be nice.
I'm not huge on fast food so I don't visit often, however, every time I have visited this location it's been nothing but a great experience. Service is as awesome as their food.

This was my third and last trip to this Sonic. Extended wait and cold food on delivery. The toast was burnt, and tots must have sat out for some time.
Always getting order wrong or forgetting items. Hate going here to eat. Would rather go somewhere where they cared about the customer
Drive thru customer service was great!! I haven't parked ate yet so I can't comment on the other employees
