I checked in at a time when the restaurant was full. My order took a long time, but I understood that the place was packed everywhere. I returned today on Tuesday, where it was nowhere near so full. I waited 14 minutes to get my order. While I was waiting, someone else came by with another order and asked if it was mine. Another vehicle came after me and ordered in the restaurant. I know because when you press the button to order it makes a loud noise. This person, although the order and payment after me received her order when I did. Unfortunately, this will be my last time for this Sonic.
Took way too long. Waited over 30 min for two drinks and chilli cheese tots. Pressed the button about 25 min in to see what the status of our order was and person simply said the were behind and our order would be coming out. A few min later we called again to cancel the order. They struggled to find the order but promptly canceled the order providing a receipt and coupons in attempt to make things right. (Thanks Ben) They are usually slow but tonight was bad and they did not even seem packed.
Waited about an hour , 3 different employees came out for a total number of 5 times just to have my order wrong every single time even after constantly showing the recipt. At the end , I just left with the wrong order instead of chili dog it was chili tots) yet again due to the wait. 2 hot dogs and a burrito that couldn 't make it out to me. Showed up with many cars around, coming and going , and I was about the last vehicle that left. To top it off the jumbo chicken was just breading/crumbs.
Not worth our money. The drinks, half the price on the app they put 3 pieces of ice on them, so pay for 1/3 of the actual drink. I called the manager because I made three sips and my drink was all ice and his answer was ordered right next time with less ice, says the master recipe that we put 3/3 of the cup of ice. Why would someone want to pay for ice instead of the drink I just think Sonic, not I

Worst service ever! I was there almost 30 minutes without anyone visiting me. More people came there after they were visited before me. After pressing the button 8 times, they told me that any orders would take about 45min... 45min for 3 corn dogs? My lunch ended that I didn't eat, thank Sonic for ruining my lunch.
Excellent service! Even when there was an issue with the app, the manager took the initiative to call me and resolve the problem. He didn't have to do that, as it wasn't their fault, but it showed great dedication and care. I’ll definitely be a loyal customer from now on. Thank you!
About a 20 minute wait for 2 slushies. Left without the slushies. Manager came to talk to us and gave us a refund after advising that our wait, for 2 slushies, would be about 15 to 20 more minutes.
Food is so bad that it will kill your appetite. Instead of wasting the food, I fed it to my dogs. Go to another Sonic, it's the area, full of losers and druggies who work here with half a brain.

Those were the worst cheese burgers I have ever eaten. The meat tasted old, the tomatoes were soggy and gross like the burger had been reheated in a microwave. It was awful.
Eating is good. The staff is not always friendly. Food: 4/5
