The employees are nice and take the orders correctly however whom ever is in the kitchen needs to slow down and pay attention to the orders. We dont ask for things to not be on the food for the fun of it.. This is an ongoing nonstop issue every time we go here...This time as you see I asked for NO Onions/ Pepers and as you also see I have them and NO Chez on my Burrito... One would think they would get sick and tired of making our food over again.. Since July this is the 8th time they have now remade our food... Keep hoping that one day just one day they will get it right!!!
This Sonic is disgusting the Gm will have his employees do certain things (inappropriate) to get raises and promotions. Worked there for very little time and everyone is treated poorly. Dusty is a terrible and disgusting human beingAlso asked how W-2s will be received since I have moved 5 hours away and the managers refuse to give any information. Most sonics do online w-2 but some do papers that’s why I asked and continued to get hung up on or left on read.
If you are thinking about using their app think twice. It has been a week since they triple charged my card and I didn't get my order because their system crashed. After two phone calls and 2 emails, I still haven't been fully refunded. Customer service is a thing of the past. Buyer beware.
The carhop was pleasant. The chicken sandwiches I received were not. They look old and taste like they were fried in old oil or were old pieces refried. First sandwich was replaced with one that looked/tasted the exact same.Pictured is the replacement sandwich.

I visited Sonic and tried to place an order using a buy one get one free coupon for a burger. However, they informed me that I couldn't use the coupon, and then they abruptly hung up on me.
I would recommend avoiding anything from the Sonic in Grove, Oklahoma, as it seems to lack cleanliness and quality. It's hard to know what's really in the food.
The staff was amazing trying to fix the issues with the app and such. The food today was not good...onion rings were raw and only in the end of the onions.
Keep in mind it 's a fast food rating. It is theme based on the drive in . But let me tell you something. Their drinks are to die for . I 'll be back.

There are amazing people here and the car hop Jillian was awesome and very pleasant.
Bun hard. Burger cold. Definitely a disappointment today.
