The employees tried to rip me off. I ordered a burger combo and I added an order of chedr poppers. Without clarifying the cashier substituted my tots for poppers. I corrected her and said no I want tots with the order and add poppers to the order. She said she would fix. She charged me $20 but I didn't quite hear what she said. I paid and she asked me if I wanted my receipt. I said yes and she instantly caught an attitude. After I got the receipt I saw why. Instead of fixing the order she just charged individually for everything in the combo. I told her this wasn't right and immediately another girl jumped in and said everything will be in the bag and the price would've been the same either...
i asked for cheese fries, receipt says cheese fries, guy at window says tater tots. i tell him cheese fries. get the food, it’s normal fries. also got a vanilla iced coffee. if i wanted all the vanilla syrup and none of the coffee then i would’ve asked for it. y’all are nice but need to figure out why orders aren’t being handled with care. EDIT: just tried to go again should’ve known it would’ve been bad. went around 12:45pm to order ice cream after a long work night. i was the ONLY person there LITERALLY. woman says they’re only accepting cash i say that’s fine. she then asks for me to wait a minute and i said ok. TEN MINUTES PASS and i let her know that i’m ready to order whenever she is....
The times I have ordered food from this place they have messed it up… Drinks and stuff are always correct but food is always wrong at this location. Today ordered 2 of the grilled cheese double cheeseburgers and no one else was in line and they had me another order for someone else maybe in a stall. Go back to get corrected order and as soon as it’s mentioned they immediately had it in a bag which made me question had they handed it out and it been returned and they also requested the return order which is fine but makes me question do they just give the food back out? If so that could be a good way to pass around COVID-19. I will no longer be eating at this location.
Today I remembered why I don 't come to the sonic on Richmond Rd. First of all it was $30 for 2 value meals and drinks. It took 20 minutes to get our food. Pretty sure all the little girls working there were smart aleck and didn 't like the fact I was irritated they wouldn 't do 2 orders in the drive thru so out of spite they made us pull in a stall and wait to forever for cold food. Shockingly gone downhill. Got two sonic blasts and two waters, and all they brought were two straws. I don't know if you've tried to suck down a butterfinger blast, but it's not possible. He even pressed the button again and asked for 2 spoons. The only way I got two spoons was going to the front door and asking.
24 hour drive thru. Food was great, served quickly and fresh. The cokes tasted a little flat but to be fair I didn't mention it to the employee as I had already driven away but when I was there he was polite and professional and I have no doubt had I raised any concerns he would've made it right
I really enjoy their interesting flavors of their various, delicious shakes, like the strawberry cheesecake shake. Only criticism of this place is how long it takes for them to take your order and then make your order. Always seems to be a long wait.
I pulled up to the speaker at 9:43 got told was in the middle of shift change I finally left at 9:58 p.m. every time I come to the Richmond road location it's always shift change and nobody is available to take orders Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
They're not open 24hrs like it says. They're short staffed apparently, and what staff they do have is rude. It's worth going to a different location.
