I love Asian food and will try any restaurant in the U.S. and all over the world when I travel. We were in the area due to an appointment and wanted to try somewhere new. Soora 's menu looked fantastic and the quant exterior of the buildings caught my eye so we decided to stop in for a early dinner. The food was delicious see the photo , but the service was terrible. The staff did not followed up to see if we needed water or anything after our order was placed. Honestly, the waitress seemed, irritated like we were wasting her time. SOORA KOREAN RESTAURANT BLOOMFIELD HILLS The authentic Korean restaurant in town. It's not Americanized so better prepare for that. AMBIENCE CLEANLINESS Maintained just ok as fine dining restaurant LOCATION Maple and orchard lake road and easy access. Small parking lot. QUALITY OF THE FOOD we ordered seafood pancake, fried rice and pork. It's came out ok. Fried is very plan and can't compare with Thai or Chinese. Better check ingredients as you find stuff unexpected. Cass Korean beer must try. SERVICE Not so so friendly and no smile. Customer service has areas of improvements. VALUE for MONEY reasonably priced and worth to try if you are looking authentic Korean food
I had been looking for a place to have some Korean spicy pork and came across Soora Korean Restaurant. I purchased the spicy pork and the serving was huge (enough for 3 adults, no kidding) the flavor was very good and I had enough for the next day. I didn’t take a picture until I was eating some the next day and thought I need to do a review!
Good food. They are very friendly. restaurant environment is nice. Plenty parking. Fried chicken is super tasty, crunchy outside, juicy inside. Seaweed salad is so refreshing. Portion size is really good. We could not finish all the food. Highly recommended. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
It was an interesting dinner. I ordered the spicy baby octopus. Everything was delicious! My husband and I couldn't finish our plates, portions are probably sharable, didn't know that. It was our first visit.
Big menu, great service, food taste great and portion is good size too. There are food options that are on the menu I don't see in other Korean restaurant so that's a plus.
Tasty Korean food. HUGE portions. Reasonable prices. Great customer service. Highly recommended. If I were still in the area, I would probably come once a week.
