Honestly, the food is good. Unfortunately their service is terrible!! Every time (not an exaggeration) we have ordered delivery through their app, we have had an issue. They either bring someone else’s order or only half of our order and no one cares to fix the issue. I have lodged multiple complaints to them and I haven’t heard anything back. I would never normally complain, but for the prices we are paying I feel this is a bit ridiculous. Their food isn’t cheap!! These issues have happened to us too many times now that unfortunately we won’t be going back, we have given enough chances. Definitely try their food, just don’t order through the app and have it delivered!!
The burgers are absolutely delicious. Even if you are not into vegan food. Simply delicious. The prices are very reasonable too. You can get a burger for 10 dollars with their everyday special offer. You could also get 5 percent discount if you become a member. The service was good. A lot of people order takeaway from this place, but it's nice to dine in as well there. Definitely recommend
I recently tried the best juicy vegan burger at this restaurant. I placed my order through their app and had a hassle-free pickup experience with a smile and a flourish yesterday evening around 5:20pm. As a bonus, I received a free quick bite thanks to the Vegan Food Hub Rewards program. I definitely recommend this place.
Went to Soul Burger Parramatta . Food was great except the cheesy bacon fries. The cheese wasn't melted it looked a bit like scrambled egg and the bacon was just sitting on top. Wasn't nice at all. I have had them before and they were great but not this time. Have been there a few times now and highly recommend it.

So yummy every thing I eat I recommend coming to soul burger and Zayna Lebanese and I pretty sure the Mexican food is delicious too but I don’t like spicy food so I like what I like lol
The vegan chicken burger and crispy chips at this restaurant were absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed a dairy-free banana milkshake, which was equally as tasty.
had the portobello mushroom burger with a side of herbed fries. never a huge fan of burgers but this was so good that i know for sure i will definitely return!
I enjoy dining at this restaurant for delicious plant-based fast food meals. Their burgers are flavorful and satisfying. Delicious!
