South Plainfield Dunkin Donuts

I visit this Dunkin Donuts every morning on my way to work, usually around 4:30 AM. My day always starts with a friendly hello from Oumaima Mimi, who knows my coffee order before I even say a word and gets it ready quickly. She is incredibly personable and provides the best service I've experienced at any Dunkin. I love this location along with the entire staff and crew—they’re all so friendly and always willing to chat, no matter how busy they are. I truly appreciate their excellent service. The food was okay, but I wasn’t sure where my order was since I had been working. I politely asked at the counter if my food was ready, and the man with the forearm tattoo was very rude, saying he had already called my order and giving me a nasty look. However, the lady wearing a hijab was very kind and tried to apologize, which I really appreciated. I’ve worked in food service for a long time, so I understand how frustrating it can be when customers don’t get their orders right away, but his rudeness really put me off. I don’t think I’ll be returning. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The service and attitude from the Indian lady at South Plainfield Dunkin Donuts were very disappointing. I was expecting better while looking at the menu. Service: 1
