Spalding General Store

I was driving through this small town feeling very hungry when I stopped at a local spot for some food, coffee, and snacks. I decided to grab a baguette, a vanilla pastry, and a locally made soft drink. To my delight, the baguette turned out to be one of the best I've ever had - it was fresh, packed with filling, and incredibly tasty. The vanilla pastry was also deliciously creamy, and the local soft drink was a refreshing change from the usual options. It might not be everyone's cup of tea, but it was a welcome treat for me.

While passing through a somewhat isolated area, I made a stop at a local grocery store, fuel station, coffee shop, and take-out spot when hunger struck. I decided to grab a baguette, a vanilla slice, and a locally-made soft drink. To my pleasant surprise, the baguette was one of the best I've ever had - fresh, generously filled, and incredibly tasty. The slice was creamy and delicious, and the drink was a nostalgic blast from the past. While it may not be everyone's preference, it was a delightful treat for me.

Bruce Mim is really dedicated to providing excellent service. The Big DeGroots coffee is top-notch and the Speck Egg Sanger is one of the best I've ever had. The hospitable owners are working hard to transform this old business into a stylish and comfortable accommodation option for travelers. While the place may be a bit old-fashioned, it's worth stopping by when passing through.
