This restaurant is a hidden gem. It is said to be operated by chefs who attended the Culinary Institute of America, but it seems unlikely that they actually graduated. I visited on Saturday, February 5, 2011. They had a busy night on Friday and forgot to order ribs, so they were out of stock. However, they did have some leftover pulled pork for sandwiches. Not exactly what you would expect from a BBQ joint, right? Additionally, if you want a beer, you may receive an unscrewed bottle without a napkin or glass.
