Food is excellent. Service, however, was not. We waited a long time for someone to come over and at the end we were forgotten about. I will say our server was friendly and appeared she was between the two restaurants. No one appeared to be running everything. Overall disappointing, food saved it though. If I go back, takeout is the way to go.
I've been to spice village numerous times and always have a good experience. Food is delicious and different. The cashew chicken and lamb chops were delicious as were the samosa appetizer. Great lychee martinis. Service was attentive and friendly. Will be back to try other dishes.
Food was ok but we have had better ata lot of other places. The naan came out hot but was dry. The tandoori chicken was over cooked and lacking tandoori spices. The veggies were good. The wine bottle was placed unopened on the table. Thankfully it was a screw top and not a cork.
We had a really nice meal at Plates last week. Since it was our first time, we ordered several appetizers so we could try a bunch of different things. We enjoyed everything and the service was excellent. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The service was great; they made us feel like we were regulars. The food was excellent, from apps to soup to dessert. Rice pudding was out of this world. Chicken vindaloo as well. We will go back soon.
The restaurant was too cold. We went on a cold day and they had the air conditioner blasting. Everyone in the restaurant had their coats on and were freezing. The food is pretty good.
Had a wonderful Mothers Day lunch with excellent food and great service. Would highly recommend this restaurant and it's sister establishment, Plates which is right next door!
