Great food and service!. This is one of my favorite places in Evansville. The staff are all really friendly and they can make some pretty good drinks! The food is all freshly made (including the hand-breaded mushrooms, the homemade slaw and chicken salad, just to name a few. They use homegrown vegetables and herbs when possible, which is somewhat unexpected for a tavern. I've been to about 5 bars in Evansville and I gotta say this is the best so far !! Bartender handed us menus as soon as we walked in. Drink order was taken almost immediately. We ordered the catfish nuggets and the bacon, cheddar, ranch burger and not only was it ALL on point but the servings were so much we both had to get a to go box. We will definitely return 1st chance we get !!
We stopped by this restaurant while passing through town on an overnight trip. The food was tasty, and the bartender was very welcoming. They were in the middle of some renovations while we were there, so I'm sure the experience has only improved since then.
Brian, the bartender, was amazing! He truly deserves a raise. He managed the bar like a pro while still taking the time to create special drinks for us and engage in conversation. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

I loved the look and vibe of this place. I felt right at home. The only downside was a lack of liquor options. I will be going back to experience more that this bar and it's amazing staff have to offer.

I absolutely love it! Sportsman's has an amazing atmosphere and wonderful staff. The food is fantastic, and the bartenders are excellent. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
Not bad at all. I enjoyed the cheese bites, and the burgers were great. The German fries were slightly overcooked. The atmosphere was pleasant. I will definitely come back.

Great place to play some billiards on 8 foot tables. Has a nice atmosphere. Not too divey not too uppity. Staff is nice and the kitchen is open very late. Good wings.
Charming restaurant with a nostalgic decor! The porterhouse steak special is incredible! The staff is friendly, and the prices are great!
