Not sure what to say about this place other than it’s a 1 star when I stop by at 720AM on a Friday to a sign telling me SORRY NO BAGELS!To be clear this is not the 1st time but the third or fourth time this has occurred but in the other cases while I was a bit miffed the times were weekend or holiday adjacent and later in the AM so I had to cut them a bit of slack.Today I had to pick up bagels for the office and thought I would hit Spread on the way only to see the aforementioned sign.I think as a bagel shop you really need to look inward when you have no bagels that early on a weekday. This is hands down the BEST bagel place in the area. These delightful bagels are of pleasure-inducing lusciousness will not only sate your hungry tummy, but will also satisfy your cravings. The bagels are NOT hard and difficult to eat as a sandwich. They are delicious with a crunchy top and chewy center that goes perfectly with savory fillings. In my opinion, anyone who writes a bad review about these bagels wouldn’t know a good bagel if it hit them in the face!!
The prices for bagels here are outrageous. I now order my bagels directly from Montreal (St. Viateur) because they are much cheaper and tastier. I reached out to Spread Bagelry as advised in their response, but never received a reply. I firmly believe that the quality of bagels I get from St. Viateur in Montreal is exceptional, and I still find Spread's bagels to be overpriced. Because of this, I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

Ordered and prepaid on line for a brunch. When I arrived the order wasn’t recognized or ready. Luckily the guy behind the counter was on the ball and pulled my order and the had everything that we ordered. Sticking with donuts and pasteries for next time.
The service was excellent and the selection was quite good. However, the bagel itself felt a bit stale, although it still had a pleasant flavor. I’ll definitely give it another try, possibly opting for an untoasted bagel next time.
Avoid spending extra money on the avocado; it was black and unappetizing, so I ended up scraping it off. I was really disappointed. I think they should consider removing it from the menu if it looks like this—it's quite gross.
My Nova Classic bagel was really good, the same as the latte. However, soon the place became very crowded and I saw a lot impatient customers. So, I suggest avoid rush hour. The staff were courteous and caring for pets.

Place is definitely packed. Need to come in the AM early to get the bagels you want.
