I can only re iterate what others have said, watching the process and having seen the profiling and tasting, the time spent on individual bean and bean blends the varying of roasting times an extra 15 seconds on one roast 30 seconds less on another across a full spectrum of beans from diverse coffee growing regions literally oceans apart, really makes you appreciate the level of control, art and craft that goes into every batch. People talk about personal touch in small batch products, but this level of detail is what makes the small batch stuff stand out. Treat yourself to coffee that isn't one size fits all just once, and you'll never want to use supermarket or mass produced again.
We use Square route Solution decaf if our coffee shop, and can easily claim to be the best coffee shop in our town. Delicious and smooth everyone loves it including me. Adrián, the owner has created a special product that claims the right of a food easily. Can’t recommend enough
