Wow! How did I not know about this restaurant chain before? It is hands down the best Italian chain I have ever come across. I would choose it over Olive Garden any day. I recently had a meal there and it was phenomenal.
Excellent food but horrible customer service over the phone. Every time I call, I end up speaking with someone who is even more unpleasant than the last person I spoke with. It's enough to turn you off from ordering.
