Worst Panera Experience Ever! After a long shift, all I wanted was a comforting bowl of turkey chili to end my day. I’ve never had to park with my hazard lights on at this Panera before, but there was absolutely no parking available. I requested turkey chili twice, but the person at the register seemed indifferent. If that wasn’t frustrating enough, I ended up waiting over 5 minutes for a dish that should have been ready. This review is based on my very first visit that I had when I went to Missouri at this particular location which is attached to a shopping mall. The crew working here that I had to interact with was pleasant. I did choose to dine in here for my lunch and while doing so is when the entire location witnessed a very rude, loud and disrespectful customer all his family stood in back of him watching him act this way. The crew once again kept their composure while also warning the customer of his behaviors but at the same time had to ask Security to escort him out of the location. I ordered online and picked up my food and when I came home, they had forgotten to give me my soup so I had to go back all the way and when I informed them about the problem and asked that I should get a little extra for the extra trip, they were very rude and unapologetic to me and very dismissed with their answer. Terrible customer service.

The food was excellent! I had the broccoli soup, which was really tasty! However, they never seem to clean the tables. Overall, I'd give the food a rating of 4 out of 5.
This location looks and feels very run down. Tables were dirty, not up to Bread Co. standards. Food was ok. Suggest closing it and redoing everything from scratch.
My salad was soaked in dressing, so I didn't eat it. The packaging was covered in a greasy cream or frost, making it feel very unappetizing.
Had the new Warm Bowl Teriyaki Chicken Broccoli over brown rice!! It was awesome, a welcome surprise to my usual order here.

Very nice! The food is great And the wait time not long at all. Plus I ordered on their kiosk so it made it a lot faster.
Food was good. Had a nasty hair right in my drink where you insert the straw. Ridiculous.
