We were quite disappointed during our visit. The restaurant was not very clean, and both the tomato and onion soups were thick, gooey, and not heated properly. While the staff was friendly at first, they informed us that they would be closing early after we had already paid. When I asked if we still had time to dine in, one staff member said it was fine, but then added that they were college students who needed to study, so they would be closing right away. I visited in the afternoon to try the new chicken sandwich from the cook that I saw advertised on social media. Unfortunately, despite the appealing advertisement, the sandwich fell short of expectations. It was even smaller than a burger, the bread was cold, the chicken breast was overcooked and dry, and it lacked the special sauce that was promised. The accompanying salad was underwhelming, and there were no sides included for the $12 price tag. Agreed with all who have bad reviews for this location Counted 12 people behind the counter 4-5 of them seemed to be in no hurry or had no clue their role at the store. Took 25 minutes from the time I ordered to get soup and a warm bowl and a couple ofsmoothies. After 15 minutes they told me they did not have the ingredients to make the smoothies I ordered. Mind you this isSaturday at 1:45pm. Then lost the last pastry that I had ordered although someone said they put it on the counter?? food wascold by the time I did receive. This restaurant is one of the worst I’ve ever visited. The staff is inept, and they expect kids to take orders. They close early and never answer the phone. The manager, Kyle, is quick to come up with excuses, but after four months, nothing has improved—it's only gotten worse. I can't recommend dining here anymore. I have had several negative experiences at this restaurant location. After visiting their website, I intended to order food to take home. However, when I arrived, the drive-thru was closed and blocked off with a cone. Since there were still customers inside the restaurant, I decided to go in and attempt to place an order. Unfortunately, the manager told me they were closed for personal reasons.

The drive-thru is frequently closed. Every time I visit, they're out of something. I recently ordered soup to go, and even during a slow period, it took five minutes to prepare, only to receive it without a spoon or napkins. Additionally, the quality of the food has declined since they were acquired. I recommend dining elsewhere.

I had to wait in line behind one person who informed the cashier that he was on the phone and needed 15 minutes before placing his order. It would have been helpful if he had been asked to step aside. Furthermore, I waited for 10 minutes at the window before it finally opened for the first time.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, but I found the new cinnamon roll to be quite disappointing. The previous recipe was far superior, and I have my doubts about how well the new version will sell.
