The Thunderbird is older buildings with lots of history but the rooms are modern lots of outlets to charge everything. Rooms were clean and comfy. The housekeeping staff was extremely friendly. Front desk was very helpful, especially Chelsey on the overnight shift. Tiki bar entertainment was fun. Great access to and views of the beach. Central location and walkable to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend the Thunderbird.
The highlight of this resort is definitely the complimentary yoga class! Jillian was vibrant and very friendly, and she helped us completely unwind by the ocean. We focused on balance, tranquility, and mindfulness during the session. I can’t recommend her class highly enough. I would genuinely return to the Thunderbird Resort just for the opportunity to take her class again... it was that fantastic!
Outside seems a little dated but clean and nice, rooms are really nice and update (minus a dated closet area). Staff is great! Clean and fun, a little old motel feel but in a good way. LOVE the nightly love music, location in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, groceries, entertainment. Wild definitely stay again. No rental needed between walking and the free beach shuttle.
I had a pleasant stay at the Thunderbird. The place was clean and recently updated. There was a small issue during check-in, but it was resolved quickly. The staff we met were very friendly. On our last day at the resort my daughter and I did beach yoga with Coach Jillian Dzieciol and I am so glad we did! It was the perfect ending to our trip. Coach Jillian was super friendly and supportive. We had a lot of fun and it was very relaxing. Definitely a must even if you’re new to yoga check her out!
This restaurant is an excellent value for the price. I really enjoyed the Jimmy Buffett music playing in the lobby. Additionally, Chelsey, who works in the lobby, provided outstanding service and took great care of my family's needs. She was fantastic! I would definitely stay here again!
Thunderbird Resort, accomodations and staff were amazing! The Beach Yoga was beyond exhilarating! I do not usually do Yoga. It was a wonderful experience. I cant wait to do it for the next 2 days! Thunderbird is a wonderful place for families, girls weekends, and more!
All the staff are amazing, great atmosphere and everything well maintained. Added bonus is the morning beach yoga. Had a great time this morning doing yoga and listening to the waves lapping the beach. Nice having live music by the pool and a little tiki bar. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The staff was very nice, got us everything we needed. Rooms were fairly clean. Pool and hot tub were nice. Resort was in an excellent location. Overall resort could use a facelift inside and out. Also enjoyed the live music.
