Bottomless Brunch at St Vincent Shrewsbury was a disappointing experience, though this is no fault of the hardworking staff who were clearly overwhelmed. It seemed management had overbooked beyond the restaurant’s capacity. Over the course of an hour and a half, we only received three drinks. The food was delicious but arrived very slowly and inconsistently—two dishes after an hour at a table of eight, with the rest arriving piecemeal, sometimes one at a time. I wouldn’t recommend this as it spoiled our girls' outing. The young gentleman I spoke to about the issue was very kind and did his best, but the small team was visibly stressed.
