Slow Your Roll, please. Our family has been here since the beginning. We're going to our kids. It's tradition. We know the drill on arrival, waits etc. Saturday night. Was the food great? But for the first time, our culinary experience was so excited. We ordered and flashed and our salads arrived. All right. But about three bites of our salads came to our main course. We didn't finish our main course and desert when our check arrived. We didn't laugh. We ordered wine, appetizers, dinner and desert. Look around and everything was so eager. I grew up eating here. My family has always ate here. When I moved my wife here from Texas this was one of the first places we ate. The Stagecoach is more than just a restaurant. It is a piece of Boise culture. This is the place where I bring business meetings and recommend friends and strangers. The nostalgia remains forever intact and the atmosphere is like it was in the 50's. The food is crafted with impeccable attention to flavor and detail and the service is warm. This place will always be a top choice and I look forward to the day my children are able to appreciate it as much as I do.
We found this jewel a year ago. It quickly became one of our very favorites! The food is great, good portion size, love to start the sour dough-dinner rolls and salad with their house Italian dressing. The bar shrimps are the best and the steak always tender and cooked for perfection. I always take my loaded baked potato home because I'm full of dinner. The service is always excellent. The interior feels like an old steak house and feels nostalgic. I love this place.
Really enjoyed going here for dinner before heading over to The Sapphire Room! Service was excellent and the Ribeye and prawns were delicious. We decided to split dessert and had the Peach Cobbler A la mode....amazing! Not sure what ice cream they serve but it seriously was one of the creamiest ever!
I love this place. It's old school fabulous. The prime rib and bar prawns NEVER disappoint. It's my favorite. We come back time and time again. Their pies are out of this world too, just incase you have room for dessert!
This place is great! The original rib and shrimp are excellent and the history of the building and restaurants are very cool.
