We stopped here on a Sunday afternoon for lunch (or HH, or early dinner, depending what you normally would have at 4:00pm). It 's a medium-sized restaurant, with an open view of the pizza oven (and preparation counter), clean and has a modern and simple décor. It is also in the very heart of Miami Downtown: unless you enjoy driving around the same blocks for hours in a thick traffic to find a parking spot, you better park right away in the adjacent parking garage (which is also very crowded and can be a separate adventure itself). Stanzione 87 is a gorgeous space, and I was fully planning on dining in for dinner tonight when my plans were turned a bit upside-down. I ended up getting one of the Red Smoke pies to-go for my husband and I as a bit of a happy hour in our hotel room because we both love a good Amatriciana sauce and this seemed really special to this place. I’m so glad I did, because it was absolutely fantastic--it was just a really satisfying pizza to eat, and it was the best snack to have prior to going out to dinner later in the evening. While I have no doubt that the pizza is best eaten in-house, the pie we enjoyed was delightful, and I would 100% come back to try some more the next time I’m in this part...
I was disappointed once again with my pizza delivery experience at this restaurant. I have had decades of experience with pizzerias in various cities, and Miami seems to struggle with delivering hot and fresh pizza. The cost to value ratio was not acceptable for the price I paid, as I only received the equivalent of one slice. The pizza arrived cold and congealed, with a too-thick crust and insufficient cheese. The sauce was overly sweet and likely canned. The pepperoni pizza was also lacking in toppings. I would not recommend this restaurant and suggest trying Lucali's instead, as they provide better quality and quantity.
Located next to Brickell City Center, this restaurant is a quick and convenient option for pizza lovers on the go. While the pizza is average in taste and can be a bit soggy in spots, it is a decent choice for a quick bite. The service is good, with a casual ambiance. We visited this restaurant while in Miami the day before our cruise, highly impressed, delicious pizza, excellent service and super friendly. We had cold beers and actually had the pleasure of being served a 2nd pizza on the house with spicy honey, wow,very impressive overall
Amazing wood fire pizza, wings and meatballs. Will be back for the tiramisu. Service great also. No photos, we ate everything too fast.
Really good pizza . Had the pepperoni and feta. Also had the meatballs which is a must try.
