I went thru the drive thru and was specific about my order. 12 oz breve latte no foam, with six raw sugars. I pay with my Debit card and tell the cashier that I do not tip on drive thru. He reassures me that no tip was taken and gives me the receipt. I taste the latte, and there is much foam. They give me the new one and I go on my way only to discover that there is much foam. I take it back and speak with the manager, he gives me reasons as to why they can not separate the foam. I point out to him that all Starbucks use this really big spoon to hold back the foam. The barista makes me a new one and sure enough she used the really big spoon to hold back the foam. I put the six raw sugars in...
This is our go to neighborhood Starbucks my friends and I go to and hang out. Ive been coming here since they opened, but never noticed the surveillance camera inside until today. See pic its in middle of room hanging down far enough to have a 360 view above large table in center. Wow, no privacy even while drinking coffee and conversation with friends. Coffees good , but Starbucks has really raised prices to high. Starbucks coffee is in competition with the price of fuel. lol. I think we will look for a local place to go to were not monitored. Not posting in store that your being monitored, disappointed.
This place is the best...Alec, Jasper...and a few others I can't name (sorry) are the best!! Store #334 is one of the nicest, cleanest and best places to visit. I work near by and come here like 3 times a day or so and they are so efficient, friendly and hardworking. As a customer I appreciate all their time and hard work! THANK YOU

The customer service is hit and miss here. The workers appear overworked and often angry. Some days they are friendly and helpful. It's a crapshoot. The drinks are always good however (hence the .
Woke Agenda does not work All Races Matter. And not Just select few? Coffee Ok but to Expensive if your Poor. No fancy Drinks. Ok in Drip Coffee and Teas.
The drive-thru experience was quite challenging due to the poor layout. The service was on par with what I expected, and the coffee was average.

This is a charming little spot inside the Fred Meyer store. I always find the staff here to be friendly and helpful.
