Before a 3pm commitment on Thanksgiving, placed a mobile order at 2:24 on the Starbucks app which stated pickup at counter or entry in 4-7 mins. I arrived at 2:33, only to find the door locked, with store employees standing inside refusing to open the door or fill the order if I didn’t sit through their long drive-thru line. I called the store’s phone and the person who answered said they wanted to go home early and closed all indoor service. I waited for 15 minutes in the long drive line, barely moved, had to leave for my appointment empty handed 30 minutes after placing and paying for the order online.

if they order personally, it is good because they can hold the dinge. all singing time I order the delivery of this diet it is messed up. this time (as often the case) I ordered cream cheese with my bagel, because what is a bagel, except a cream cheese delivery system? no cheese for me. not if I don't order in the load. it's my birthday party. Why can't you go right today?
Cleanliness needs a boost but the staff is absolutely fantastic. Fred and Agehi (I may have misspelled) are wonderful people with great attitudes. regular customer. always satisfied with the drinks. yesterday I ordered 3 drinks (1/14/22), which were simply not good and watery. really felt that a drunk egg had drunk with water.
This Starbucks location is great. The staff is always friendly and the drinks consistently meet high quality standards.
fast, pleasant and efficient, and they have pistachio flavor that I have waited for almost a year. love her!
