I ordered an expresso with sugar free vanilla and oat milk. Unfortunately they added real milk which caused me to spend the night in the bathroom. People need to know when someone says no milk or any food, a lot of the times they're not picky, they may be severely allergic or have some other concerning medical conditions. If I was deadly allergic to milk, I could have died that night brcause someone did not do their job right.

I travel regularly from Scotland (frequent flyer program is a life saver) and visit this Starbucks (and this Starbucks ONLY) every time. Every Starbucks in the city serves my blonde cappuccino burnt; it is a must that I take the LIRR to get to North Merrick Starbucks so that Stephanie (my favourite barista at the store) can make my BLONDE cappuccino the only way I like it. I will be back.

I've had enough. After years of enduring the incredibly long drive-thru lines, I can’t take it anymore. Going inside isn’t any better. There are about 12 employees behind the counter, yet it feels like none of them are actually working. It's a perfect example of inefficiency, and the staff all exude an attitude as if they've never made a mistake in their lives.

Always so kind and courteous when I stay here. Perfect place to bring my laptop for a few hours and chill with a drink and some good snacks. The staff are a delight, and even though my name always gets spelled a lil wrong it's kindof like a fun game now. I love it here. Thanks to everyone who makes this a great place. Coffee strength cut in half…I went out of my way to stop at a Starbucks, paid the “big” bucks and got nothing but a disappointment. Cost cutting should not be passed on to the consumers who are apparently paying more for less. Could have gone to the gas station and gotten the same.

Reduced coffee strength? I made a special trip to a Starbucks, paid a premium price, and ended up feeling disappointed. Cost-cutting measures shouldn't be passed on to customers who are obviously paying more for less. I could have just gone to a gas station for the same experience.

Tried stopping in for a large black coffee and there were kids just messing around behind the counter without masks. I just went to merrick road location instead there is always a mess at this location and it is ridiculous I have to drive out of my way for a better experience.

I visit this Starbucks often! I pretty much show up when they first open during the world week and the staff is always sweet and prompt! I also admire how well they handle peak hours. Always greeting each customer and busting butt to get all of us in and out promptly. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Almost every day we go to this Starbucks. The staff there is so nice and sweet. I go there Alot with my program before we do our activities for the day.
