My dad and I met up halfway between Chicago and Wisconsin to catch up. He ordered a flat white, extra hot, but the cafe was quite busy, and his drink wasn’t as hot as he liked. Not wanting to seem rude, he hesitated, so I asked the barista if they could reheat it for him. The young barista responded kindly, saying, "Absolutely, we can heat it up." As I went to hand him the drink, I noticed he was already preparing a fresh one and even delivered it to my dad himself. It may seem like a small gesture, but acts of kindness and consideration are increasingly rare, and we truly appreciated it. Keep up the great work!
The drink I ordered was not mixed at all. The syrup was sitting on the bottom of the cup in a thick gooey layer and the milk was not mixed in. I'm not sure how you can look at a drink that clearly has layers of different ingredients sitting on top of one another and think it would be acceptable to serve.
I’ve been trying not to write this review for about a year now, but unfortunately it’s time. I don’t think I’ve ever had a drink from this location that’s accurate. Really, not once. It’s either the wrong order or it’s just slightly flavored milk.
Didn't actually go into this Starbucks, went to the Travelling Food Pantry in the adjacent parking lot! ???? Parking: Easy to enter exit via Sheridan Road! Wheelchair accessibility: Some crumbling asphalt in areas, but easily avoidable!

This is the perfect location in my way to work, however the blonde middle age lady with headphones on always has such a bad attitude! I am going to start leaving earlier to stop by Lake Forest or Highland Park instead.
Kirill is fabulous. He remembers all of my drinks!He is a breath of Fresh Air. Professional, kind and humble. Nice humor and approach’s his career daily with much alacrity.
I've never seen a more poorly run Starbucks. The staff here is so comically unprofessional. Be prepared to wait in the drive-thru for an obscene amount of time.
We went in for some holiday drinks, but we weren’t acknowledged or even had our order taken. The service was terrible. We won’t be coming back.

Each time we go through my wife’s drink is never right. We never have issues with other locations. The manager isnt training its employees.
