I work at a Starbucks. This is by far the worst Starbucks customer service and worst casing product I've ever seen at any Starbucks I've ever been to. The manager with extremely rude to me into employee that she was currently training at the drive-through blaming her own mistakes onto the trainer, while consistently screwing up my order, the attitude she gave me was Play negative and I will not be returning to the Starbucks in anytime soon. One in Northborough five minutes down the road and have great customer service.
While this place can be a bit expensive, I like to indulge myself every now and then. I'm a big fan of their frozen frappuccinos, cold brew coffee, and the selection of sandwiches they have. So far, the Starbucks inside the Shrewsbury Price Chopper is my favorite location!

The 2 baristas working that day were very friendly. Especially the guy! This location wasn't on the Starbucks app, so I almost didn't find it. So glad I checked Google. Also, fixed their time on here for them too.

Great coffee. I usually get medium Hot Choc with whip cream. The Associates are great. Got myself a pound of whole bean Dark Roast Honduras Marcala this morning.
The service was inadequate due to a lack of staff skills. My orders were often slow and incorrect on several occasions.
This delightful little place is nestled inside a Price Chopper. I'm really enjoying the Chicago-style experience!
