Starbucks is one of my favorite places to go. The reason is I only go there with my best friend for life. Its Our Place, so to speak. This time, she ordered a green tea with six stevias and roasted pepper egg bites. I chose dragonfruit refresher with lemonade and bacon, egg, gouda sandwich. My drink was sweet like I prefer it and food was fresh and tasty. She enjoyed her duo, saying it was delicious as usual. When her children go with us, they have gotten cake pops and chocolate chip Frappuccino drink, among other things. They love it because they get it often. The service is terrible, the man who serves there prepares the drinks with a bad attitude and if you say something to him, he gets upset and throws the drink away and tells you with a bad attitude that he is preparing another one. Yesterday it happened to me that I ordered a pink drink and it brought strawberries and when I saw my drink didn't have the strawberry and I asked him if I could put it on top and with a bad attitude he took it, threw it away and told me he prepared another one and he prepared the other one with a bad attitude. I think that man is in the wrong place
They always work hard and make great coffee. Even during the busiest times they crank out drinks with a smile. Wanted to take the time to write a review and thank them for doing something like this (pic) for Memorial Day. I have yet to see another business do this and I’m certain it means a lot to so many people whether they say something or not. So awesome of you guys
I like it here, get coffee on my lunch break from here alot. Friendly staff. I've visited this location for the second time in the last two months, and unfortunately, the staff has been neither friendly nor efficient. It's the only place I've been to that doesn't call out a name when placing mobile pick-up orders on the counter. There are many other locations that are much better.
I ordered a grande matcha creme frappe no whip and sub the whole milk for oat milk. I am allergic to dairy and I have that listed down as an allergy online. I get my drink and after one sip, I knew it was whole milk. I now have hives and the runs.
Excellent customer service here! Everything is clearly done very efficiently and everyone working is very kind

What a terrible Starbucks!!! It’s super dirty and has rudest staff ever. No one can do anything!!
