I had an experience similar to what other reviewers have described. I waited 30 minutes for a single drink while watching 6 or 7 staff members behind the counter chatting amongst themselves, seemingly oblivious to the customers. There were at least a dozen people waiting for their drinks, yet no one was in the ordering line, so it definitely wasn’t busy. It felt like a scene from a Saturday Night Live skit, with everyone waiting patiently for an absurdly long time. While some locations have friendly employees, no one at this one engaged with the customers during the entire wait. The manager really needs to take responsibility and provide better training for the staff.
If I have to wait 30 minutes for my drink and be late to work, at least make it right! It was met with annoyance when I explained it was wrong and then had to try to fix it myself. Ended up just throwing it away. I understand it’s coffee but if I have to wait and it’s correct I don’t mind. But for it to be completely wrong and then I have to just throw it away. Just puts a damper on the day. FYI Starbucks is not cheap. Quality over quantity. A well made drink can make up for long waiting periods.
This Starbucks on west Avenue exit 6, the service is bad it takes me half an hour to get served an ice crunch caramel frappuccino with 3 extra shots espresso.,people who come way after me to place orders was served before me and when finally I got the drink, I tell them this is bad service they said woah and laugh at me.
The restaurant always appears to have plenty of staff on hand, yet there's typically a wait time. I find they tend to put too much ice in their iced coffee; at 75% ice, there isn't much coffee for the price. Poor efficiency. There was a line with only one person on the register. I asked a worker who was arranging merchandise on the shelves if he would take my order. He would not. Would it have thrown his whole shift out of wack if he stopped for 5 15 minutes to help out the one person on the register?
Twice I have come to this starbucks in hopes of a delicious refreshing drink. Alas, every time I am disappointed. When I tell you I have never had a Starbucks drink made this badly I am not exaggerating. My mom and I are so sad I could cry. ZERO VANILLA in my vanilla cold foam latte. I am sad.
The service was extremely slow. I waited 30 minutes for a lemonade. The servers were moving at a snail's pace. I am quite disappointed. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time at this location.
