The restaurant was very busy, with a long line in the drive-thru that was moving efficiently. I went inside, placed my order, and it was prepared quickly. The employee who took my order did a fantastic job and also helped other staff members seamlessly. She really kept everything running smoothly. As I left with my order, I told her she deserved a raise or promotion.
The server repeated my order before I reached the window, but when I arrived, she only gave me one out of the two things I had requested warm. She informed me that they couldn't correct the mistake because they don't have control over the window, even though I had already paid for it. This was a missed opportunity for good customer service.
This is my favorite spot. The staff is always cheerful and upbeat, making it the perfect way to kickstart my day. I love ordering items from their secret menu and they always provide excellent recommendations. I have never been let down. They are also very supportive of the military, which I greatly appreciate.
Starbucks is okay if you are craving sugar. This had to be a once in a while treat. The team that comes up with these drinks need to rethink what they are selling to our young kids and young adults. The decor was nice. The restaurant was not too crowded. The staff seemed busy with the drive-thru. The tables were not clean, but because they are constantly busy, it is not the staff's fault. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
I used the drive at this place. the service was fast and efficient. my job was perfect and everyone was very friendly. I would definitely come back here.
Nice Starbucks, no complaints here. Just was out of some materials likely due to supply chain hiccups. Decent coffee decent price.
