Overall, bad service. I ordered two blueberry oatmeals and one hot matcha green tea latte. When I came to the window he asked me if I wanted hot or cold. I said hot. My friend doesn 't speak English well but she also let him know it was hot. Bradley then gave us a cold one, I kindly let him know it was supposed to be hot. He then said exasperatedly yeah she wanted hot in a condescending manner. Afterwards, he gave us our order and he sarcastically said have a nice day. I noticed that there was a Starbucks inside Vons because the original one I usually visit was closed. The overweight man at the counter completely ignored me. Eventually, my husband approached and ordered two green tea lattes for us. "I'm sorry, we don't have any," the barista responded. "You don't have any because you haven't made any?" my husband asked. "I haven't made any," said the barista. "Can you make some?" my husband inquired. "No, I don't feel like making any," the barista replied. It was disappointing. Why does Starbucks allow these lazy individuals to manage their stores?
Today 9/21/20 at around 930 am I went to order a drink ham Swiss at the Irvine Marriott Starbucks I was standing there for minutes not being acknowledged because the worker was having an non work related conversation with a woman about nothing just talking talking talking she then referred to me as sir but I am a woman then of course my drink was made wrong she has terrible customer service sad I never want to order there again when she is there my sandwich is also not all the way coooked she is terrible and needs to go back to training
The restaurant is good, but the service is lacking. The staff had a bad attitude and the cashier even snarled at me. When I was ready to order, they seemed disinterested and rude, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. This was definitely one of the worst Starbucks experiences I've had.

Staff is nice but just can't get any drinks right ever. The past three visits have had issues. And I don't mean they gave me light cream instead or normal cream. I mean giving me a completely different drink. Will be avoiding this location and going to anywhere else in the future.
This restaurant is extremely convenient for hotel guests or local office workers in nearby buildings. There's nothing quite like starting your day off perfectly with just the right amount of caffeine.
I would give them zero stars if I could. Terrible service. They wouldn't sell me coffee today. Had a mask on and everything. Ready to p pay, they said no. Will never buy anything from Starbucks again.

Long wait at drive tru. This is the worst location ever, it'll take 1.5hr before you get your drink. Not coming back.
