On three seperate occasions I have been given underwhelming service for not tipping when going through the drive-thru. All three times I get 2 grande hot beverages, and when I go to pay, the employees put the card reader out to give a tip. I have recieved cups that are barely 3/4 full, coffee that was significantly watered down, and then one employee turned to the other to show the card reader and replied with you probably didn 't deserve it )Unless I 'm missing something, they do not get paid server wages and the certainly aren 't waiting on/serving me. Just because I 'm spending $13.00 on two coffees doesn 't mean you are entitled to a tip. You shouldn 't guilt trip customers or make coffe...
I would have rated this restaurant five stars, but the service was too slow. My niece wanted to try their drinks, so we decided to go despite her not liking coffee. We ordered a frozen caramel macchiato and noticed they had cake pops, so she got one of those too. While waiting for our drinks, she received her cake pop and found it too dense. After about 10 minutes, I went to the counter to inquire about our order and found out it had been deleted. They took our order again and we waited a few more minutes for our drinks. Despite the delay, my niece enjoyed her drink with lots of whipped cream. Although the staff was nice and friendly, the service was quite slow. We waited for about 20 minute...
This Starbucks location was probably the worst I have ever experienced. Only one employee was nice, the others were really grumpy. The barista made my drink incorrectly and when I politely asked for a fix, she ignored it and continued making other drinks. Another employee had to step in and remake my drink. The service was extremely slow, with our orders taking a long time to be completed. After 15 minutes of waiting, we asked about our orders and were told to wait longer. This was by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to.
I have visited many Starbucks locations across the US, and this one is by far the worst! The staff is unfriendly, drinks are made incorrectly, and there is attitude when you mention mistakes. I waited 30 minutes for my order while the staff cleaned at the front register instead of taking orders. While one staff member with reddish/orange hair was sweet, the management needs to work on improving service from everyone else. Absolutely ridiculous and very rude management. Granted i was only in for a doordash order but i called to speak with a manager and they were very rude on the phone, talking over me as i was trying to talk wouldn’t even let me get a word in and said they were under staffed. There were at least 8 bodies in there where as i was in yesterday and they had less. Just unacceptable for a “high end “ establishment!
I have never had a negative experience at a Starbucks until now. It has always been my go-to stop during road trips because they have clean bathrooms. However, during my recent visit, the workers were rude and refused to open the bathrooms for us even though we were polite and had spent $30. This experience made me realize that the other negative reviews about this location are true. It's disappointing.
Starbucks (or at least this one) was awful!! The peppermint mocha is grainy and chemical tasting. Do not try the impossible breakfast sandwich. It’s impossible to eat from being nuked in microwave way to long and I’m not sure what the sausage is made from but it’s like a potted meat patty. Haven’t been to Starbucks in years and very thankful there are so many other coffee shops to choose from now.
The staff was extremely impolite, particularly a young woman who refused to give her name. Despite ordering trenta-sized drinks without ice, I was surprised to receive less than a full cup. When I asked the barista at the window for my drink, the woman rudely insisted that not having ice meant I was getting more beverage. Overall, the service was very disrespectful. Took forever to fill our order, the coffee was awful or they gave us the wrong blend...ordered. On top of that they were not that busy.
