I love the Starbucks they don't try to tell me that I can only use one of my rewards when I have two of them which the Starbucks in Claremont Montclair wherever off the 10 freeway try to tell me the drinks were given to us very quickly that people were veryfriendly stormy our dog is addicted to pups and the lady gave her the bigger size pup cup and wrote to the cutest dogpersonalized it very nice and she prefers the larger small cup to the plastic see through one because she can get her face init. The only negative I have to say about the Starbucks is it's hidden behind a bunch of trees and you almost miss it when yougo by otherwise in that it's the perfect Starbucks
I thoroughly enjoy this Starbucks! Unlike the one in Claremont Montclair near the 10 freeway, they let me use both of my rewards instead of just one. The drinks were served quickly, and the staff was extremely friendly. Our dog is a big fan of pup cups, and the barista generously offered her a larger size and even personalized it in a charming way. She actually prefers the bigger cup over the clear plastic one because it allows her to get her face in more easily. The only downside is that the location is a bit hidden behind a lot of trees, so you might almost miss it if you're driving by. Otherwise, it’s the perfect Starbucks!
This Starbucks location is impeccably clean and boasts an impressive range of hot and iced coffees, frappuccinos, lattes, and more. They also offer a great selection of snacks to pair with your drinks. The staff is professional and friendly, always maintaining a positive attitude. Service is quick, whether you choose to dine in or use the drive-thru. Plus, there’s outdoor seating with a canopy for shade. Overall, I would give them a perfect 5 out of 5 for their efficient service!
I had avoided this Starbucks due to the long drive-thru lines, but today was a refreshing experience. Johnny welcomed us at the window with such a cheerful attitude that the wait felt completely worth it. Thanks so much, Johnny (Pepe), you’re fantastic! His upbeat energy made my drink taste even better. You really brightened my day!

I called ahead to confirm that Wi-Fi was available, but when I arrived, I was informed that it was not working. To make matters worse, they mixed up my boyfriend's drink twice. Overall, I would give this experience a 0 out of 10 and definitely wouldn't recommend returning.
Each time I request light ice, my cup gets filled all the way to the top with ice. When I bring it up, the staff tend to get defensive and suggest creamer instead of addressing the issue with my coffee. It's quite frustrating, and this has occurred several times.
I ordered dark roast coffee, and on two different occasions during the same week, it was lukewarm—not hot—and had a quite bitter flavor. They had to brew a fresh pot, which turned out to be excellent and served hot.
I visit this Starbucks regularly, but the Wi-Fi is frequently spotty. Also, the music is always quite loud. On the bright side, the service and beverages are outstanding.
