I ordered a Strawberry Açaí refresher with extra strawberries and no water, substituting heavy cream instead. However, when I got home and checked my drink, I noticed it didn’t have any strawberries at all. I called the store to see if this was a common issue, and the person on the phone apologized and explained that the barista must have forgotten the strawberries. While I appreciate the apology, it doesn’t make up for the fact that I paid extra for a drink and received something that was essentially just ice and who knows what else. This is quite disappointing customer service.
After waiting for 10 minutes, I decided to time how long it would take to get my drink. Despite there being four staff members present, none were helping the one preparing the drinks, who was managing all the orders on his own. Meanwhile, the cashier seemed distracted and unfocused. By the time my drink finally arrived, I had waited a total of 16 minutes. If I had known it would take that long, I wouldn't have bothered coming in. I can handle a wait of about five minutes, but anything beyond ten feels excessive.
After 10 minutes I set a timer on my phone waiting for my drink. There was 4 people on staff and they were not helping the guy make drinks. He was doing all of the orders while the cashier starred off into space. When I finally got my drink it had been 16minutes of waitng. If I knew it'd be the long I wouldn't have went in. I understand a 5 minute wait but nothing more than 10.
I observed a staff member at the restaurant handling a bagel, dealing with cash, and even touching his beard. When I inquired about the use of gloves, I was informed that they aren't a requirement here. However, I've seen employees at Dunkin Donuts wearing gloves. Why isn’t the same standard enforced in this establishment? This is quite concerning.

The entire team is fantastic! Carlo, the manager, was especially attentive and helpful. I had an issue with a pound of coffee I had pre-ordered. When I brought it home, the flavor was not quite right, and I later noticed that the 'best by' date had expired. The store was very accommodating in resolving the situation. A big thank you to everyone!

The air conditioning had difficulty coping with the number of customers, making the interior uncomfortably warm in the summer. Stacks of supply and drink boxes lined the walls, creating a harsh and uninviting environment.
I was served spoiled milk! I only noticed it after I got home and had already finished a quarter of my drink. I definitely won't be returning to this restaurant!

Starbucks was closed at 7:54 AM despite being marked as "open" on Google Maps. This is quite late for a typical weekday coffee shop.
The place was filled with people coughing and spreading germs, so I wouldn’t choose to go back.
