Worst Starbucks experience ever! I was waiting on an order for a very long time. Two employees saw me but ignored me. Then a tall heavyset blonde woman with glasses came up to the pick up counter and put a drink down.I asked her for my order and showed her the phone(which by the way they always ask for! she went to go get the order and then when she came back she had a very nasty attitude and said “next time just tell me the order instead of shoving a phone in my face”. I was appalled! First of all, I did not shove a phone in her face! Second of all, if she wasn’t ignoring me I would have told her the name in the first place! I have given this restaurant four chances, but each time I encountered a different problem. The biggest issue was that they ran out of coffee and did not inform me until I had been waiting for 15 minutes and had to ask what was going on. The service is extremely slow compared to other Starbucks locations. The employees need better training. I would prefer to drive 5 miles to another location.
This Starbucks is fantastic. When you order ahead, your drink is usually ready on time. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they work quickly. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with a spacious parking lot for lift vehicles, no stairs to enter the building, and wide aisles inside for easy mobility.
I ordered a cold drink at this store and my cup was filled completely with ice. I would be surprised if there was even a 1/3 cup of liquid. I literally had 3 small tastes. The store open at 5:30am. I use the Starbucks mobile app to order. My food was ready in less than five minutes.
