I was at the Bartlett location on a Sunday morning. The server added milk in my coffee when i had asked for cream. I returned to the pickup counter and told the girl filling orders. She said “OPEN THE LID.” So i did and to my surprise the coffee was filled to the rim. It began to spill in my hand. Fortunately it was not boiling hot so I evaded a burning incident. She took the cup, a bystander customer went to get me napkins and I was able to control the situation. The servers need to be retrained and told not to be so rude.
Hello, I have been frequenting this Starbucks location since it first opened. The barista named Micheal has consistently been impolite to both my family and myself for a number of years now. He never greets us or says hello, and often argues with us when an order is made incorrectly. This behavior demonstrates poor customer service and gives off the impression that he dislikes us. It's unclear what we may have done to upset him, but he appears to be deeply unhappy with his life.
This is one of my favorite locations to get coffee they always get my order right which makes me very happy. Unfortunately today that was not the case.I’m honestly very disappointed The first photo is when I realized my coffee was under portion and covered up with whipped cream. The second photo is after the whip cream melted. I pay for the quality and the service of the coffee that’s why I don’t mind paying the six dollars that I do but today I definitely do mind .
Don’t order you drink in-person! You’ll sit there an watch them serve 12 drive-thru customers first, 6 online orders next, then finally make your drink 15 minutes later. When I asked why did it take so long when I’m seeing car after car get serviced before me, the barista said “It is what it is”. ? Won’t be going back to this Starbucks unless it’s in the drive thru only

I was just in the Starbucks by Home Depot my son order a venti strawberry lemonade the employees gave it to the wrong person customer brought it back and employee just switch cup and try it to give it to my son after the customer just brought it back and was drinking it. Disgusting
Friendly staff and the dependable, classic Starbucks coffee. I deducted one star due to the cold, uncomfortable atmosphere—concrete floors and hard chairs make it hard to relax. Clearly, Starbucks doesn’t want customers to settle in for too long.
I ordered the Sunflower TikTok drink! The barista was friendly and understood exactly what I wanted. The drink was fantastic! I would definitely recommend it. I also loved that it’s vegan-friendly.
The staff is very friendly and attentive. We never had to wait long for our drinks. The evenings are typically very calm and peaceful.

Waited so long when there was nobody in line for an almost cold coffee, absolutely terrible service I’m never coming here again
Avoid this place if you don't want to wait an hour for your order. Both the drive-thru and in-person service are terrible.
