I ordered my coffee at the counter and waited for 10 minutes, but despite the wait, I still hadn't received it. People who came in after me were getting their orders, while the employee, who wore glasses, kept claiming he was working on mine, yet there was no visible progress. I had to remind him about my order a second time. I had customized my coffee, but he got it wrong because he was too busy chatting with his friends. My suggestion to him would be to focus on his job instead of socializing. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I didn't even feel inclined to say thank you.
The staff at this location are fantastic! Carla, along with the young man and woman, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I encountered a few hiccups with my order—someone accidentally took a sip from my drink left on the counter, my sandwich ended up on the floor, and another customer had a complaint—but everyone handled these situations with smiles and grace! I ordered the Honey Citrus Mint Tea, and the barista made it better than I've ever had. The managers should definitely have her create a tutorial video to teach every Starbucks employee how to make this amazing tea. After my first sip, it instantly became my favorite, but out of the many times I've ordered it since, only about two or three have matched that quality. However, this time was truly the best! If I could, I would give it six stars because it really made my day. Thank you so much!

I've heard some speculation that this Starbucks might be closing, and I have to say I'm really disappointed. The one down the street often gets orders mixed up, yet it continues to thrive, while this location consistently prepares drinks just right! It would be really disheartening for those of us who work in this strip mall and rely on it daily. We need to bring attention to this situation!
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The staff was incredibly friendly and always had my usual order ready as soon as I walked in. I really appreciate a place that works well as a team and delivers excellent service—it truly brightens my day! Megan made a delicious caramel macchiato, and Yacek was very welcoming at the register. I can't wait for my next visit!
I didn't feel very welcome at Starbucks, and the staff appeared to be quite unhappy. The floors were dirty, and there were boxes piled up in the corners near the entrance and displays. Additionally, I overheard an employee making negative comments about a customer's drink order while working at the drive-thru.
Every time I request thick foam for my cold brew, they inevitably mix it into the entire drink! Using the cloud foamer shouldn't be that complicated! While Denville has excellent choices, I often find myself driving out of town because there's only one person in Parsippany who knows how to get it right!

Overall, I had a very good experience, but they seem to be messing up quite a few orders lately. For instance, today my latte was cold, and instead of coffee, I got a large cup filled with just steamed milk—no coffee or cinnamon whatsoever! I'm quite disappointed with this.
They have the cutest cups! The Halloween decorations are adorable as well. The only thing I wish is that you could place orders in advance at this location.
