I order a cup of Starbucks every day, but the staff here are very unfriendly. This is the first time I’ve encountered such employees at Starbucks. I don’t think I’ll come back here. The coffee they made for me doesn’t meet the brand standards that Starbucks should have at all. It’s like something you’d get from a street vendor, just throwing a bunch of ingredients together and mixing it up. It tastes awful. The coffee should have caramel drizzled on the cup, but it doesn't.
Pretty much typical for a Starbucks but the person working the register was very impatient and kind of rude. They cut my wife off mid sentence when she was ordering, and gave me a severe eye roll when I called the middle size regular instead of medium . My fault for not being enough of a Starbucks aficionado, I guess. The lady making the drinks was super nice though, and I 'd give 5 stars for her! Service: Dine in
This used to be my favorite place for coffee in the morning. A couple of the drive thru attendants were always extremely kind and would participate in friendly banter. But after two separate run-ins with the terribly nasty manager, I won’t be going back. Such a shame. Service: 1

I come here often and don't complain much, but today, I asked this lady for a stopper and she placed it on her dirty counter instead of handing it to me. Unfriendly service Service: 1

I ordered a simple white hot chocolate and they gave me a regular hot chocolate, which I don't even like...I was so disappointed
