This establishment shouldn't go by the name Starbucks; it would be more fittingly called "The Worst Coffee in New York." My experience here was anything but typical. Out of all the Starbucks locations I've been to, this one is by far the worst. The coffee, both the brewed and the frappuccino, was absolutely dreadful—just terrible. As for the staff? They were equally disappointing. The barista appeared completely confused and seemed unsure of what to do. I cannot recommend this place; it truly ranks as the worst coffee experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. Normally, I refrain from writing reviews—good or bad—but this experience was so poor that I felt compelled to share it.
Disappointing Staff Interaction at Starbucks: I've visited this Starbucks multiple times, and each visit brought an unusual problem when requesting a straw. Today, when I asked for one, the employee replied with a dismissive tone, insisting I didn’t need it. After I asked again, she claimed straws are expensive and argued with me in front of customers waiting in line instead of simply providing one. Considering the diverse menu Starbucks offers, I expected much better customer service. This behavior does not reflect the typical standards of Starbucks.
It shouldn 't be named Starbucks, it should be called the worst coffee in New York with the worst people working there, because of all the Starbucks I 've been, THIS IS NOT AT ALL STARBUCKS, the coffee (drip and frappucino) were terrible, TERRIBLE, thepeople working there TERRIBLE AWEFUL, the barista doesn 't even know what she is doing TERRIBLE DONT GO THERE WORST COFFEE ANDPEOPLE EVER TO WORK IN A STARBUCKS, and yes I know a lot of people say they dont do reviews, I DONT GIVE REVIEWS GOOD OR BAD,BUT THIS EXPERIENCE WAS THE WORST THING EVER
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They made my drink incorrectly, and when I asked for it to be corrected, they asked me to pay for it again. To make matters worse, one of the staff members tossed my straw at me. I was even told that I should order a venti next time if I wanted it made correctly. I will not be returning; the staff was extremely rude, particularly a cashier named Ina, although another employee was even more unpleasant.

The customer service here was absolutely awful. I ordered an iced latte and asked for a straw, but an employee told me they didn’t have any. Yet, I saw two other customers with straws. When I asked again, the employee—who appeared quite unkempt—responded rudely, saying, “We’re trying to save the planet. You have a sippy cup.” What kind of treatment is that? I paid for an iced drink and only requested a straw. I won’t be coming back.
What a fantastic restaurant with an incredible team! It’s conveniently located right next to Macy's and sees a steady stream of healthcare professionals. Hey, fellow RNs, MDs, NPs, and CNAs, I know we're all relying on apps for payments, but let’s show our appreciation for the amazing staff by bringing in a dollar or two for tips!
Terrible experience. I ordered an iced tea without ice because I had just gotten over a cold, and the staff told me there was an extra charge since they had to fill the cup with more tea. They were incredibly rude about it. I can confirm what others have said—this Starbucks is not a good place.
They made my drink wrong. I asked them to fix it, they asked me to pay for it again. The worker threw my straw at me. They told me next time to order a venti if I wanted it made right???? Never come here. So rude. Rudest staff ever. The cashiers name wasIna. The other girl was ruder though.

This Starbucks offers excellent coffee and has a friendly staff. Unfortunately, they do not accept Starbucks Rewards as a payment option. The space is fairly clean and provides comfortable seating.
