Moe is fantastic! It's such a pleasure to meet someone so friendly and helpful, especially in the service industry. The service she provided to my wife and me was excellent, and I observed her offering professional, attentive, and capable service to all her customers during my brief visit. She truly made everyone feel welcomed. Thank you, Moe, for the outstanding service!
I noticed that there were many employees present, but only one person was making coffee. Despite the place not being busy, I was rudely informed that they were short-staffed, and it took 15 minutes to get my order. Most Starbucks locations are efficient at preparing coffee quickly, but unfortunately, this one fell short.
These folks are Rockstars! It was SUPER BUSY in the drive-thru and inside the Cafe. However, they handled it like champs. Working together, being fun and welcoming, all while being slammed! The manager, a gentlemen with glasses and a bold head, was awesome. You can tell that he's a great leader!
They can't seem to properly apply the discounts for bringing your own coffee mug, which is surprising given their prices. I'm also often unsure if they can get my order right, so I have no idea what's actually in the drinks. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
It's been years since my last visit to Starbucks, and I must say, it has only improved. While it is still a bit on the expensive side, sometimes you just need things done right.
They don’t prepare in order! We waited for more than 30 mins, all people later than us got their drinks but we didn’t!
I just wanna say that the staff here was so friendly and funny. I could not get enough. Very good work.
