This location scams you out of money. They keep claiming they're using your rewards, they never do. They always charge your card instead. This has happened every time I've come here so far. My drink is always completely incorrect and missing parts of my order. Management is unpleasant, rude, not helpful, and always seem angry with the customers. Today I watched 3 people go in the back leaving 2 others alone to work with customers, as a gm myself, this is NOT OKAY. This location is also always out of everything claiming it's in the back thawing, very unprepared. Bathrooms always very dirty. worst experience at a starbucks ive had. ive never entered a starbuck seeking over the top customer service. i work in the service industry myself, i understand it’s overwhelming during a rush of orders. the service i received was inexcusable though. poor attitude while ordering drinks. gave me a cracked lid so i could spill my coffee all over my white shirt, thanks! ill remember to look for a ginormous crack in my lid for next time. gave various wrong sized lids when id asked for a replacement. missing several drinks from my order. went through a lot for a complete disregard of customer service and the drinks were sub par compared to other locations.
The closers at this location at Grove City are very rude. We bought a coffee around 8:45 and I asked to use their restroom. The little man working said “we’ve already cleaned it for the night.” The store closes at 9pm. They rolled their eyes when we originally walked in and complained they had already worked an 8 hour day. Very lazy and inconsiderate.
Very bad service, had to repeat order over 3 times, under filled our drinks, gave my my sister a cracked lid and it spilt everywhere, and forgot an ingredient to my mothers mocha. Most definitely the worst service I’ve had at a starbucks in my life.

The woman at the cash register was extremely rude. She didn't make eye contact while taking my order and had a dismissive attitude when I asked to scan my points, ultimately not scanning them at all. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
I don’t understand why people are giving the place a one star I’m there a lot. I have not experienced any of the problems that other people are having. In my personal experience the place is great and fast always redeems my points.
Recently got hooked on Starbucks. This location is closest to me. The staff are all friendly. Orders made quickly. Establishment is clean. Love that the company encourages reusable cups. Love the impossible breakfast sandwich.
I ordered a coffee with a dome lid, but it's designed to be drunk from the lid, which makes it leak. Not the best idea, honestly. The service here is consistently terrible every time I visit on weekends.

We visited on a Sunday and there was no line, yet we ended up waiting 37 minutes for our drinks. It was outrageous, and no one even informed us about the delay.
Strange Starbucks! Usually Starbursts is really nice and the staff are nice! This though is different!
